At Freesat, we want you to be completely satisfied with your digital electronics purchase. If you are not happy with your item, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the electronic items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, remote controls, manuals, and accessories to ensure a valid return process.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location, ensuring you keep the tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
